Would you ever get a Axolotl?

I just looked into other amphibians as pets, and just found out about the Axolotl. It's also known as the Mexican walking fish. It's like a big salamander you can get as a pet. Has anyone here had a pet like this? Would you add one to your tank?

I sadly don't own one, but I'm looking for one day! I'm always looking at craigslist and petfinder to see if there are any rescues I could take in

Ah, that's what those are called. Cool! I wouldn't mind having one or two in a tank. I just wonder how much it would cost to adopt one or two.
