How big can some rabbits get?

I hear that some rabbits can get pretty big, some so big that they are almost as huge as a medium sized dog. Do rabbits have a certain growth trajectory? Or do they maybe just keep growing?

It depends on the breed. Continental Giants can get around 25lbs or more and Netherland dwarfs are around 1 lbs.
